Given a closed positive current \(T\) of bidimension \((p,p)\) on the projective space \({\mathbb P}^n\), let \(E^+_\alpha(T)=\{z: \nu(T,z)>\alpha\}\), where \(\nu(T,z)\) is the Lelong number of \(T\) at \(z\) and \(\alpha> 0\). The upper level sets \(E^+_\alpha(T)\) are studied for some particular values of \(\alpha\). For example, assuming \(T\) has unit mass with respect to the Fubini-Studi form, \(E^+_{(p+1)/(p+2)}(T)\) is proved to be contained in a \(p\)-dimensional linear subspace of \({\mathbb P}^n\); the cases \(\alpha=p/(p+1)\) and \(\alpha=(3p-1)/(3p+2)\) are considered as well. The authors study also upper level sets for currents on products of projective spaces.
