This paper consists of two main results. The first one is on the boundedness of some vector-valued sublinear operators on Herz-Morrey spaces with variable exponents. Particularly, Fefferman-Stein-type vector-valued maximal inequalities are obtained. By using these inequalities, the second main result on the equivalences of the quasi-norms of Herz-Morrey-type Besov spaces with variable exponents and the equivalence of the quasi-norms of Herz-Morrey-type Triebel-Lizorkin spaces is obtained.
