The notion of Lipschitz \(p\)-summing operators between metric spaces was introduced by \textit{J. D. Farmer} and \textit{W. B. Johnson} in [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 137, No. 9, 2989--2995 (2009; Zbl 1183.46020)]. Since then, Lipschitz versions of other classes of linear operators have been investigated. In this paper, the authors follow this vein by investigating the notion of Lipschitz \(G\)-integral operators. Characterizations of this class and connections with other classes (for instance, Lipschitz Pietsch integral and Lipschitz nuclear operators) are investigated in detail.
