The author introduces bounded operators on the space \(L_p(\mathbb R^{n+m})\) \((1\leq p\leq\infty)\) having the form \[ (Kf)(x,t)=\int_{\mathbb R^n}\int_{\mathbb R^m} k(x,y,t-s)f(y,s)\,dy\,ds, \] where \(x\in\mathbb R^n\), \(t\in\mathbb R^m\) and the function \(k(x,y,t)\) is defined on \(\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^m\), is homogeneous of degree \((-n)\) and is \(\mathrm{SO}(n)\)-invariant, both properties with respect to variables \(x\) and \(y\), and satisfies some summability condition. Denote by \(\mathfrak A\) the closure in the uniform operator topology of the set of all operators \(\lambda I-K\), where \(\lambda\in\mathbb C\) and \(K\) is the operator of the form given above. Then \(\mathfrak A\) is a commutative Banach algebra. The author constructs a symbolic calculus for the algebra \(\mathfrak A\) and there are obtained necessary and sufficient conditions of invertibility for the operators from this algebra. The obtained results are transferred to the matrix case.
