    The author considers the Dirichlet problem for the following elliptic system \[ \begin{cases} \sum_{|\alpha|=|\beta|=m}\partial^\alpha(a_{\alpha\beta}(x)\partial^\beta u)=0\quad & \text{in } \Omega,\\ \partial^\alpha u|_{\partial\Omega}=\partial^\alpha\varphi, \quad & |\alpha|\leq m-1, \quad \varphi\in W^m_{2,\operatorname{loc}}(\Omega). \end{cases} \] It is proved existence of local solutions \(u\in W^m_{2,\operatorname{loc}}(\Omega)\)
