This paper deals with Banach-Stone-type theorems that describe surjective isometries, for spaces \(C_0^n(\Omega,E)\) of differentiable functions defined on an open set \(\Omega \subset \mathbb R^p\), valued in a reflexive strictly convex space \(E\). For a multi-index \(\lambda\) and a differential operator \(\partial^{\lambda}\), the norm is defined by \(\| f\|=\sup_{w \in \Omega} \sum_{\lambda:| \lambda|\leq n}\frac{\| f(w)\|}{\lambda!}\). As it is standard in handling Banach-Stone theorems, the authors first describe the extreme points of the dual unit ball. Following the techniques employed by \textit{F. Botelho} and \textit{J. Jamison} [Stud. Math. 192, No. 1, 39--50 (2009; Zbl 1170.46027)], the vector-valued function space is embedded in the space of scalar-valued continuous functions vanishing at infinity on an appropriate locally compact set \(W\). The main result then shows that, if the differentiable function spaces are isometric, then the indices are the same and the isometry can be described as a composition operator, involving the diffeomorphism of the domains and surjective isometries of the range spaces.
