In this article, the author gives the relation between quasi-modular forms and modular forms with respect to a general Fuchsian group of the first kind with a multiplier system \(\rho\). The quasi-modular forms and modular forms considered here are real-analytic, holomorphic, meromorphic or real-analytic except a discrete set. First, he shows that a space of real-analytic quasi-modular forms with a multiplier system \(\rho\) and bounded depth is isomorphic to a direct sum of a finite number of spaces of real-analytic modular forms with the multiplier system \(\rho\). Further, he relates real-analytic (resp. holomorphic) quasi-modular forms with the multiplier system \(\rho\) to real-analytic (resp. holomorphic) modular forms with the representation \(V_m\otimes\rho\), where \(V_m\) is the m-th symmetric power of the representation \(V_1\) induced by the natural action of \(\text{SL}_2(\mathbb R)\) on \(\mathbb C^2\). In particular, by taking a suitable basis of \(V_1\), he obtains an isomorphism between a space of modular forms with the representation \(V_m\otimes\rho\) and a direct sum of a finite number of spaces of modular forms with the multiplier system \(\rho\).
