In this paper, the authors study the traveling wave solutions of the reaction-diffusion equation \[ \begin{cases} v_{t}(x,y,t)-\Delta v(x,y,t)=0,\quad &(x,y,t)\in \mathbb{R}^{2}_+\times (0,\infty), \\ \frac{\partial v}{\partial \nu }=f(v), &(x,y,t)\in \partial \mathbb{R} ^{2}_+\times (0,\infty ), \end{cases} \] in which \(v\) satisfies the Neumann boundary condition, and \(f\) is of unbalanced bistable type, or combustion type. Here, a traveling wave solution is a special solution taking the form \[ v(x,y,t)=u(x,y-ct) \] for some \(c\in \mathbb{R}\) and unknown function \(u.\) Thus, \(c,u\) must satisfy \[ \begin{cases} \Delta u(x,y)+cu_{y}(x,y)=0,(x,y)\in \mathbb{R}^{2},x>0,\\ -u_{x}=f(u),x=0. \end{cases} \] They focus on a traveling front satisfying \[ \lim_{y\rightarrow -\infty }u(0,y)=1,\lim_{y\rightarrow \infty }u(0,y)=0. \] Some results on existence, uniqueness, monotonicity and asymptotic behavior are established.
