This paper studies the relation between the open Gromov-Witten invariants for toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds and the Eynard-Orantin topological recursion on their mirror curves. This relation, known as the smooth case of the BKMP Remodeling Conjecture, can be viewed as an all genus open mirror symmetry for toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds. The Eynard-Orantin topological recursion (introduced in [Commun. Number Theory Phys. 1, No. 2, 347--452 (2007; Zbl 1161.14026)] by the same authors) defines the higher genus B-model potential which plays a crucial role in the BKMP Remodeling Conjecture. The strategy of the proof in this paper is to compare the graph sum formula for the A-model Gromov-Witten potential and the graph sum formula for the B-model potential obtained by the Eynard-Orantin topological recursion on the mirror curve. On A-model side, the graph sum formula comes from the localization computation for the Gromov-Witten invariants. On B-model side, a graph sum formula for the Eynard-Orantin topological recursion was obtained in a previous paper by the first author. This formula, however, is quite different from the localization graph sum formula on A-model side. The main part of this paper is about the computation of the B-model potential. This computation rewrites the B-model graph sum formula so that it can be matched to the A-model graph sum formula. This proves the BKMP Remodeling Conjecture for smooth toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds. In Section 2, the authors review the geometry of the toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds and the construction of their mirror curves. In Section 3, the authors review the localization graph sum formula for the open Gromov-Witten invariants of toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds. In Section 4, the authors compute the B-model higher genus potential and match it to the A-model Gromov-Witten potential. Two important ingredients of the computation are contained in Appendix C and Appendix F. Appendix A contains some basic definitions of the topological recursion. Appendix B reviews the intersection numbers over the moduli space of stable curves. Appendix C contains a key lemma about the computation of the Bergman kernel on the mirror curve. Appendix D contains some fundamental local properties of spectral curves. Appendix E contains the mirror symmetry for the topological vertex. Appendix F contains a key lemma for the computation on B-model side.
