    The author considers the semilinear parabolic Neumann boundary problem \[ \begin{aligned} u_t & =\Delta_\omega u +G_\omega (x,U), \quad t>0, x\in \omega ,\\ \partial {\nu_\omega} & =0, \quad t>0,x\in \partial \omega\end{aligned} \] where \(\omega \subset \mathbb R^n\) is a domain with Lipschitz boundary \(\partial \omega\), \(\nu_\omega\) is the outer normal vector field and \(G_\omega\) is a suitable nonlinearity. In the case when \(\omega= \Omega _\varepsilon\) is a ``thin'' squeezed unbounded domain which degenerates to some \(k\)-manifold whenever \(\varepsilon \rightarrow 0\) and \(G\) satisfies some tail admissibility assumption, the existence of a global attractor and some continuation results are proven. Thus, some results from \textit{F. Antoci} and \textit{M. Prizzi} [Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 18, No. 2, 283--302 (2001; Zbl 1007.35010)] and \textit{M. C. Carbinatto} and the present author [Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 42, No. 2, 233--256 (2013; Zbl 1292.35021)] are extended.
