The authors present the main link between the calmness of the optimal set mapping named the argmin mapping of a parameter-dependent nonlinear program in a finite dimensional space and the calmness of some restricted level set mapping. Significant connections with perturbed nonlinear programs and convex semi-infinite programs are also given.
