On curves with nonnegative torsion (Q2350503)

In this paper, the authors present some new results and proofs regarding the curves torsion in \(\mathbb R^3\). Also, in the present paper, the authors prove without any assumption on the curvature, that a simple closed curve cannot be perturbed to a closed space curve of constant nonzero torsion. The link with the Lorentzian space \(\mathbb R^{2,1}\) is also presented.
