The authors present superconvergence results for Neumann boundary control problems governed by semilinear elliptic equations. They first introduce suitable weighted Sobolev spaces prescribing the regularity of solutions of elliptic boundary value problems. The discretization of the problem and the establishment of a known uniform convergence result for solutions of the fully discretized problem to solutions of the continuous one are given. Auxiliary results that are necessary to prove the superconvergence properties of the fully discrete counterpart are given. Numerical experiments to illustrate the theory discussed are presented.
