Let \(\Omega\) be an open subset of \({\mathbb C}^n\) and \(A\) be a closed subset of \(\Omega\). In the first part of this note the authors prove that if \(A\) is complete pluripolar, \(T\) is a negative \(S\)-plurisubharmonic current of bidimension \((p,p)\) on \(\Omega\smallsetminus A\) (i.e., there exists a positive current \(S\) on \(\Omega\smallsetminus A\) such that \(dd^cT\geq -S\)) and \({\mathcal H}_{2p}\left(A\cap\overline{\text{Supp}T}\right)=0\) (where \({\mathcal H}_{2p}\) is the Hausdorff \(2p\)-dimensional measure), then the trivial extension \(\widetilde T\) of \(T\) exists and the residual current \(\widetilde{dd^c T}-dd^c\widetilde T\) is negative and supported by \(A\). The second part deals with the definition of the wedge product \(dg\wedge d^cg\wedge T\), where \(T\) is a positive closed current of bidimension \((p,p)\) on \(\Omega\) and \(g\in\mathrm{Psh}(\Omega)\cap L_{\mathrm{loc}}^\infty(\Omega\smallsetminus A)\), such that \(A\) is a closed subset of \(\Omega\) satisfying the condition \({\mathcal H}_{2p-2}\left(A\cap\text{Supp}T\right)=0\). In the same direction, the authors establish that the currents \(gT\) and \(dd^cg\wedge T\) are well defined on \(\Omega\), if \({\mathcal H}_{2p}\left(A\cap\text{Supp}\,T\right)=0\). This improves a cassical result due to Demailly.
