The paper studies algebraic solutions of the Lame equation \[ p(z) y''+\frac{1}{2}p'(z)y'+q(z)y=0, \] \[ p(z)=4z^3-g_2 z-g_3,\, q(z)=-(n(n+1)-\lambda ) \] (see \textit{F. Beukers} and \textit{A. van der Waall} [J. Differ. Equations 197, No. 1, 1--25 (2004; Zbl 1085.34068)]). The author gives a full list of equations whose monodromy group is an arithmetic Fuchsian group with the associated quaternion algebra defined over \(\mathbb Q\). To obtain this result, the Halphen and Euler transforms are used.
