The aim of this work is to obtain unimprovable estimates of the regular component of the solution \(u(x)\) of the following problem \[ Lu := -\varepsilon u''(x)+r(x)u'(x)+q(x)u(x)=f(x), x\in(0,1), \] \[ u(0)=u_0, \qquad u(1)=u_1 \] where \(\varepsilon >0\) is a small parameter, \(r(x)\geq 2 r_0=\text{const}>0\) and \(r(x), q(x), f(x)\in C^{k,\lambda}\), \(k=0,1,\dots\), \(\lambda\in[0,1]\), where \(C^{k,\lambda}\) denote the space of \(k\) times continuously differentiable functions whose \(k\)-th derivatives satisfy the Hölder condition with the exponent \(\lambda\). For the regular component of the solution unimprovable a priori estimates in the Hölder norms are obtained. The estimates cannot be improved in the sense that they fail on any weakening of the estimating norm. The mathematical apparatus used in this work for obtaining these estimates can be extended in the two-dimensional case and may be considered as an illustration of a substantially more sophisticated two-dimensional apparatus.
