A convex disk \(K\) is called a quater-convex disk if it is affine equivalent to the disk \[ K_f=\{(x,y):0\leq x\leq 1, 0\leq y\leq f(x)\}, \] where \(f\) is a convex non-increasing continious function with \(f(0)=0\) and \(f(1)\geq 0\). It is easy to see that triangles and convex quadrilaterals are quater-convex disks. Let \(\vartheta_L(K)\) and \(\vartheta_T(K)\) be lattice and translative covering densities of \(K\). It is obvious, that \(\vartheta_T(K) \leq \vartheta_L(K)\). Then it is proved that for any quater-convex disk \(K\) holds the equality \[ \vartheta_T(K)=\vartheta_L(K). \] Earlier similar result was proved for centrally symmetric convex disks, for triangles, and for convex quadrilaterals.
