This article introduces and studies general elementary properties of Hochschild and cyclic (co)homology of superadditive categories (that is, categories enriched over \(\mathbb{Z}/2\)-graded vector spaces). It works in the same way as the classical theory and could be made in the general setting of categories enriched over a symmetric monoidal abelian category (suitable for homological algebra). Let us remind by the way that Hochschild and cyclic (co)homology are classical for \textit{differential graded} additive categories (see for example works by B. Keller), a particularly important case of categories enriched over an abelian category (extending the usual case of additive categories). The properties proved in the paper are Morita invariance and a Künneth formula.
