A Nash group is a group which is a Nash manifold and all group operations are Nash maps. A Nash group is almost linear if it has a Nash representation with a finite kernel. In the present paper, the author presents a detailed study of structures of almost linear Nash groups. The structure theory of almost linear Nash groups is similar to that of linear algebraic groups. The author presents shortly the three classes of almost linear Nash groups: elliptic Nash groups, hyperbolic Nash groups and unipotent Nash groups and some properties of the groups from these classes. Then, the properties of the Nash manifolds are presented. Next, the author presents the main properties of the Nash groups and almost linear Nash groups. The elliptic, unipotent and hyperbolic Nash groups are studied in detail. Then, the author discusses some other topics concerning the Nash groups: disjointness of elliptic, hyperbolic and unipotent Nash groups, Jordan decompositions, semisimple Nash groups, reductive Nash groups, trace forms and reductivity, semisimple elements, Levi decompositions, Cartan decompositions, Iwasawa decompositions, exponential Nash groups.
