Two weight estimates for the single layer potential on Lipschitz surfaces with small Lipschitz constant (Q2356044)

The author studies two weight estimates for the single layer potential on Lipschitz surfaces with small Lipschitz constant. He provides conditions on the weights to obtain uniqueness and solvability results in weighted homogeneous Sobolev spaces and in weighted Lebesgue spaces, where the weights are assumed to be radial and doubling. In addition, the author proves that the operator corresponding to the single layer potential in question is an isomorphism between certain weighted spaces. An example of a differentiable weight is presented.
