The author proposes a maxmin mathematical model in order to describe the process of changing the quality indicators of products manufactured by facilities of a complex production system interconnected by multiple feedbacks, and necessary and sufficient conditions for the monotone growth of these indicators are derived, while some consistency conditions with the technologies used on other facilities are determined, too. A discussion on the tasks of the coordinator of such a production process closes the paper.
