The authors consider a class of fractional partial differential equations with Robin boundary conditions in which the physical domain \(G\) is the \(p\)-dimensional parallelepiped. The space fractional derivative in these equations is applied on each component \(x_i\) of the variable \((x_1,\dots, x_p) \in G\). Using a known technique in the reduction of multidimensional problems to a chain of one-dimensional problems, the authors derive locally one-dimensional difference schemes. The uniform convergence of these schemes is proved.
