The authors consider the system of implicit differential equations with parameters \[ \omega(x) \, \dot x = F(x) + \varepsilon G(t,x,\varepsilon,\kappa), \;\;x \in \mathbb{R}^n, \;\;\kappa \in \mathbb{R}^m, \eqno(1) \] where \(\varepsilon\) is a small parameter, the functions \(\omega, F, G\) are at least \(C^2\)-smooth. The main results of the paper are existence, persistence and asymptotic properties of solutions of the system (1) under some special conditions. In particular, it is assumed that the unperturbed system \[ \omega(x) \, \dot x = F(x), \;\;x \in \mathbb{R}^n, \] possesses two singular points \(x_i\) such that \(\omega(x_i)=0\), \(\nabla \omega (x_i) \neq 0\), \(i \in \{0,1\}\); the point \(x_0\) is the hyperbolic equilibrium of the field \(\dot x = F(x)\), while \(F(x_1) \neq 0\); there exists an integral curve of the field \(\dot x = F(x)\) connecting \(x_0\) and \(x_1\). This study is motivated by applications to nonlinear RCL networks (electronic circuits with linear resistors, capacitors, inductors).
