    The paper is focused on the weakly damped autonomous system \[ \begin{cases} u_{tt}-\Delta u+\omega u_t+u+f(u)=h, & x\in \Omega,\ t\geq \tau,\\ \delta_{tt}+\nu \delta_t+\delta=-u_t, & x\in\Gamma,\ t\geq \tau,\\ \delta_t=\partial_nu,& x\in\Gamma,\ t\geq\tau,\end{cases}\leqno(1) \] with the initial conditions \[ \begin{cases} u(x,\tau)=u_{\tau}^0(x),\quad u_t(x,\tau)=u_{\tau}^1(x),\quad x\in\Omega,\\ \delta(x,\tau)=\delta_{\tau}^0(x),\quad \delta_t(x,\tau)=\delta_{\tau}^1(x),\quad x\in\Gamma,\end{cases}\leqno(2) \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain of \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with regular boundary \(\Gamma\) and \(\omega,\,\nu>0\) are damping coefficients. The authors prove the existence of a minimal (unique) pullback \({\mathcal D}\)-attractor for problem (1)-(2) by allowing \(f(u)\) to grow as \(|u|^3\). They study the pullback asymptotic compactness by using a compactness criteria. By replacing \(h\) by \(\varepsilon h\), where \(h\in L^2(\mathbb{R},L^2(\Omega))\) or \(L^{\infty}(\mathbb{R},L^2(\Omega))\), the authors also investigate the upper semicontinuity of pullback attractors as \(\varepsilon\to 0\).
