This paper is concerned with the moduli space ${\mathbf M}$ of Gieseker semistable sheaves on ${\mathbb P}^1\times{\mathbb P}^1$ with Hilbert polynomial $P(m)=4m+2$ relative to the polarisation ${\mathcal O}(1,1)$ and first Chern class $(2,2)$ and the moduli space $\text{M}_{{\mathbb P}^3}(m^2+3m+2)$ of Gieseker semistable sheaves on ${\mathbb P}^3$ having Hilbert polynomial $m^2+3m+2$. It turns out that these spaces are both rational and ${\mathbf M}$ is a blowup of $\text{M}_{{\mathbb P}^3}(m^2+3m+2)$ at two points. This last fact was proved by \textit{K. Chung} and \textit{H.-B. Moon} [Math. Z. 283, No. 1--2, 275--299 (2016; Zbl 1350.14016)]; the proof given here is more elementary. \par The space $\text{M}_{{\mathbb P}^3}(m^2+3m+2)$ can be identified with the Kronecker moduli space $\text{N}(4;2,2):=\text{Hom}({\mathbb C}^2,{\mathbb C}^2\otimes{\mathbb C}^4)^{ss}//G$, where $G:=(\text{GL}(2,{\mathbb C})\times\text{GL}(2,{\mathbb C}))/{\mathbb C}^*$. Moreover, let ${\mathbb C}^*$ act on $S^2{\mathbb C}^4\oplus\Lambda^4{\mathbb C}^4$ by $t(q,p)=(tq,t^2p)$ and let ${\mathbb P}$ be the weighted projective space $(S^2{\mathbb C}^4\oplus\Lambda^4{\mathbb C}^4\setminus\{0\})/{\mathbb C}^*$ Then $\text{N}(4;2,2)$ can be embedded in ${\mathbb P}$ as the hypersurface $\{(q,p)|\text{dis}(q)=p^2\}$, where $\text{dis}(q)$ is the discriminant of the quadratic form $q$.
