The authors construct a particular 3-manifold \(V\) (obtained from a particular linear Anosov diffeomorphism of \(T^2\)) which has the following property: any transversely projective foliation \({\mathcal F}\) of \(V\) without compact leaves (in the Euler class of a particular fibration) is isotopic (up to a finite covering) to a model foliation (described in the article). This result answers a question formulated by the first author in his earlier paper [Afr. Diaspora J. Math. 9, No. 2, 17--33 (2010; Zbl 1242.53031)].
