Let \(K(s)^*(-)\) be the \(s\)-th Morava \(K\)-theory at a prime \(p\). The main result (Theorem 2.1) claims that, for the formal group law \(F(x,y)\) in \(K(s)^*(-), s>1\) we have \(F(x,y)\in K(s)^*(\text{pt})[x][[y]]\). Here the point is that, at the right hand, we have a polynomial (not a power series) in \(x\). This makes it possible to calculate \(F(x,y)\) modulo \(y^{q^n}, q=p^{s-1}\).
