A rational variety is \textit{uniformly rational} if every point has a neighborhood isomorphic to an open set in affine space. In particular, these are smooth and whether the converse holds for any smooth rational variety is still open and a question due to \textit{M. Gromov} [J. Am. Math. Soc. 2, No. 4, 851--897 (1989; Zbl 0686.32012)]. This article introduces a related notion for rational varieties with a group action. The extra restriction is that the open sets should be stable under the group action. The author studies this notion mainly for \(\mathbb{G}_m\) action and proves certain criteria for such uniform behavior.
