In this paper, the existence of viable solutions to the following second order functional differential inclusion \[ \begin{cases} \ddot x(t)&\in F(t,T(t)x,\dot x(t))\quad \text{a.e in } [0,\tau],\\ x(s)&=\phi(s), \quad \forall s\in [-a,0],\\ x(t)&\in C(t), \quad \forall t\in [0,\tau] \end{cases} \] is studied, where \(F\) is a closed multifunction, measurable with respect to the first argument and Lipschitz continuous with respect to the third argument, \(T(t): C([-a,\tau],E)\to C([-a,0],E)\) with \((T(t)x)(s)=x(t+s), s\in [-a,0],\) \(E\) a separable Banach space and \(C\) is a set valued map. The cases when the right-hand side is not necessarily convex and the constraint is moving are considered.
