Endpoint inequalities for Bochner-Riesz multipliers in the plane (Q2365032)

Define the Bochner-Riesz operator in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) by \(\widehat {S^\lambda f}(\xi)= (1-|\xi |^2)^\lambda_+\widehat f(\xi)\). Suppose \(1\leq p<4/3\). For the critical index \(\lambda (p)=2 (1/p-1/2)-1/2\) it is proved that \(S^{\lambda(p)}\) is of weak type \((p,p)\).
