The author investigates and classifies the equilibria and the phase portraits in the Nagylaki-Crow continuous-time model of population genetics [\textit{T. Nagylaki} and \textit{J. F. Crow}, Theor. Popul. Biol. 5, 257-283 (1974)]. This describes the dynamics of the three genotypes at an autosomal locus with two alleles under random mating. The author assumes constant birth rates, constant but not necessarily additive death rates, and additive fertilities. This leads to a dynamical system whose state space is the two-dimensional simplex (triangle). The possible dynamics are investigated.
