Hasse's norm theorem for \(K_ 2\) (Q2366814)

This note gives an outline, without proofs, of the author's doctoral thesis. From the author's introduction: ``In this note, we shall present a description of Galois groups of the quotient field of a 2-dimensional local ring and the Hasse principle for \(K_ 2\) of such fields by using hypercohomology and Lichtenbaum's complex \(\mathbb{Z}(2)\).''
