Strongly summable sequences have been investigated by numerous authors, including Kuttner, Maddox, and Thorpe. In the present work we consider the space of vector-valued sequences which are strongly bounded, and show how this becomes a Banach algebra in a natural way. Also, we identify the topological divisors of zero in this new algebra.
