Considering a linear ordinary differential equation (1) \(x'=A(t)x\), the author studies exact bounds for the general case of exponential dichotomy. For the strong dichotomy, the roughness estimates and their sharpness were obtained by \textit{R. E. Vinograd} [J. Differ. Equations 71, 63-71 (1988; Zbl 0651.34051) and J. Differ. Equations 90, 203-210 (1991; Zbl 0743.34050)]. The roughness bounds for the semistrong dichotomy were obtained in [\textit{R. E. Vinograd}, J. Differ. Equations 91, 245-267 (1991; Zbl 0743.34051)] and their unimprovability was proved by the author [On the exact estimates of exponential dichotomy roughness, Ph. D. Thesis, North Dakota State University, 1990].
