Using Fourier transforms proposed by Barnett [\textit{D. M. Barnett}, Phys. Stat. Sol. 49, 741 ff (1972)] for elasticity we derive simple formulae for evaluations of Green's functions and their first derivatives for piezoelectric materials. Results are given in terms of three independent line integrals over a unit circle. By the Green's function method the problem of an ellipsoidal inclusion which undergoes non-uniform transformation fields is studied.
