The author studies regularity properties of the solutions of a parabolic equation \[ (\partial_t -\nabla\cdot a\cdot\nabla+b\cdot\nabla+\nabla\bar b)u)=0\quad x\in {\mathbb R}^d,\;d\geq 3,\quad t\in (0,\infty) \] under fairly general conditions on the drift term coefficients. The results are already new for the case \(a=I,\) \(\bar b=0,\) \(b=b(x)\) and div\(b=0.\) The current paper confirms that the Nash method works in the most difficult case when the Gaussian upper bound on the fundamental solution does not exist.
