The paper studies Dirichlet domains. A bounded Euclidean Dirichlet domain is locally Dirichlet at each point of the boundary. On the other hand, if \(G\) is a bounded domain which is locally Dirichlet at almost all points of the boundary with respect to the harmonic measure, then \(G\) is a Dirichlet domain. A sufficient condition for a bounded domain to be Dirichlet is given.
