The authors consider the linear difference system \[ x(n+1)=A(n)x(n)+f(n) \] Let \(\psi=diag\{\psi_1,\ldots,\psi_d\}\) with \(\psi_i:\mathbb{Z}_{+}\to(0,\infty)\). A sequence \(\phi:\mathbb{Z}_{+}\to \mathbb{R}^d\) is \(\psi\)-bounded on \(\mathbb{Z}_{+}\) if \(\psi\phi\) is bounded on \(\mathbb{Z}_{+}\); a sequence \(\phi:\mathbb{Z}_{+}\to \mathbb{R}^d\) is \(\psi\)-summable on \(\mathbb{Z}_{+}\) if \(\phi\in l^1\) and \(\psi\phi\in l^1\). Necessary and sufficient conditions of \(\psi\)-boundedness are given if \(f\) is \(\psi\)-summable as well as for the asymptotic behavior of such solutions.
