\textit{J. Bryan} and \textit{R. Donagi} [Geom. Topol. 6, 59--67 (2002; Zbl 1038.57006)] and \textit{J. Bryan, R. Donagi}, and \textit{A. I. Stipsicz} [Turk. J. Math. 25, No. 1, 61--68 (2001; Zbl 0979.57009)] have given new interesting examples of surface bundles over surfaces with non-zero signature. In this paper, the author develops a construction for an infinite number of examples of surface bundles over surfaces with non-zero signature. The author constructs, for each \(h \geq 2\) and positive even integer \(k\) with \(3 < h-k/2 + 2 = 3n,\;0 < h+k-n+1= 0 \pmod 2\), a surface bundle \(Y(h,k)\) of genus \(h+k\) over the surface of genus \(8h+2k+3\) with signature \(8n-4(h+1).\) To construct the examples, the author uses knot surgered elliptic surfaces \(E(n)_K\) with a Lefschetz fibration structure over \(S^2,\) as developed by \textit{R. Fintushel} and \textit{R. J. Stern} [Invent. Math. 134, No. 2, 363--400 (1998; Zbl 0914.57015), Geom. Topol. 8, 947--968 (2004; Zbl 1052.57045)] as one of the building blocks. The other building block is a family of equivalent Lefschetz fibrations \(X(h,k)\) introduced by Gurtas. The surface bundles come from taking the difference of these equivalent Lefschetz fibrations as developed by \textit{H. Endo} [Osaka J. Math. 35, No. 4, 915--930 (1998; Zbl 0919.55006)] and \textit{H. Endo, M. Korkmaz, D. Kotschick, B. Ozbagci}, and \textit{A. Stipsicz} [Topology 41, No. 5, 961--977 (2002; Zbl 1007.57025)].
