From the rebirth of noncommutative quantum field theories, scientists were faced to a major difficulty. A new kind of divergences appeared in noncommutative field theory. This UV/IR mixing incited people to declare such theories non-renormalizable.In this paper the author has proved the renormalizability of the non commutative Gross-Neveu model to all orders. For only technical reasons, the author has restricted himself to the orientablecase. An interesting feature of the modelis a kind of remaining UV/IR mixing. Some (logarithmically) divergentgraphs entering the four-point function are not renormalizable by a ``local'' counterterm. Nevertheless these ``critical'' components only appear as sub-divergences of two-point function makes the (four-point) critical graphs finite. In the massive case, we have to add to the Lagrangian a counterterm. The massless model is also renormalizable without such a counterterm. The paper consists of five sections and 3 appendices. Section 1 is an introduction. In section 2, the author presented the model, fixed the notations and stated his main result. Section 3 is devoted to the main technical difficulty of the proof. Here is explained how to exploit properly the vertex oscillations in order to get the power counting. In section 4, he has computed this power counting with a multiscale analysis. In section 5 he has proved that all the divergent subgraphs can be renormalized by counterterms of the form of the initial Lagrangian. Finally, four appendices follow about technical details and additional properties.
