The main topic of the article is the large deviation principle and the moderate deviation principle. Some technical modifications of results obtained by \textit{R. Cerf} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 127, No. 8, 2431--2436 (1999; Zbl 0934.60017)] and \textit{V. O. Peten'ko} [Nauk. Visn. Uzhgorod. Univ., Ser. Mat. 3, 165--168 (1998; Zbl 0973.60032)] are considered here. All proofs are correct.
