Let \(G=(V,E,b)\) be an infinite weighted graph, that is a countable set \(V\) and edges \(E\) together with a symmetric function \(b: V\times V\to[0,\infty)\) on the edges. It is assumed that \(V\) is equipped with a measure \(m: V \to (0,\infty)\). The author investigates discrete Schrödinger operator \(H=\Delta_b+W\), where \(\Delta_b=\frac{1}{m(x)}\sum\limits_{y\in V} b(x,y)(u(x)-u(y)\) is graph Laplacian and \(W:V\to {\mathbb R}\) is potential. For \(W\geq 0\) and bounded degree graph the author gives a sufficient condition for the operator \(H\) to have a strictly positive bottom of the spectrum.
