Based on the Perelman's reduced volume of the Ricci flow [\textit{G. Perelman}, arXiv e-print service, Cornell University Library, Paper No. 0211159, 39 p. (2002; Zbl 1130.53001)], the authors investigate the noncompact complete Ricci flat manifold \((M^{n},g)\) with maximal volume growth, i.e., \(\frac{\mathrm{Vol}_{g}B(p,r)}{\omega _{n}r^{n}}\geq \alpha _{M}>0,\) \(p\in M^{n},\) \(\forall r>0,\) \(\alpha _{M}\) is a constant and \(\omega _{n}\) is the volume of the unit ball in \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\). They prove that if the norm of the curvature tensor \(Rm \) satisfies the condition \(|Rm|(x)\rightarrow 0,\) as \(d(x)=d_{g}(p,x) \rightarrow \infty \), then \(M^{n}\) has quadratic curvature decay.
