In the present paper, the authors establish a duality that relates ``the category of morphisms from a sheaf \(S\) to an algebraic stack \(X\) with the category of exact functors \(D_{\mathrm{qcoh}}(X) \to D_{\mathrm{qcoh}}(S)\) that perserve derived tensor products.'' Here \(D_{\mathrm{qcoh}}(X)\) denotes the derived category of quasi-coherent complexes on \(X\). Since, Tannaka duality relates morphisms of affine group schemes to exact tensor functors between the categories of finite dimensional representations of these group schemes, the result can be viewed as a ``derived analog of Tannaka duality''. The authors' approach uses the theory of quasi-categories (also called infinity categories) which are certain subcategories of simplicial sets. Therefore, the category \(D_{\mathrm{qcoh}}(X)\) is replaced by an infinity category derived from it, the so called ``infinity category \({\mathcal D}_{\mathrm{qcoh}}(X)\) of quasi-coherent complexes'' (cf.~Sect.~2.2). The Tannakian duality is obtained via a derived Morita equivalence between categories of functors of such infinity categories.
