Let \((F,L)\) be a polarized Fano fourfold of genus \(10\) and index \(2\). The authors prove the existence of a unique embedding of \(F\) into the Grassmannian of \(3\)-planes in \(\mathbb C^6\). The result provides a way to characterize some moduli space of vector bundles over linear sections of \(F\). For instance, the authors prove that the moduli space \(M(3,L,3)\) on a general \(K3\) surface of genus \(10\), with Picard group generated by \(L\), is itself a \(K3\) surface with a polarization of genus \(2\). Thus, the construction provides an example of a Mukai dual pair of \(K3\) surfaces. Similarly, for Fano threefolds \(X\) of genus \(10\), the authors characterize components of some moduli spaces of rank \(3\) vector bundles. As a corollary, the authors find that the Hilbert scheme of conic sections of \(X\) (which are zero loci of sections of a rank \(3\) bundle) is isomorphic to the graph of a Cremona transformation in \(\mathbb P^5\), determined by quadrics passing through a Veronese surface.
