      Let \(\Omega_z^\lambda\) be the Owa-Srivastava differintegral operator in the class of analytic functions in the unit disc: \[ (\Omega_z^\lambda f)(z)=\Gamma(2-\lambda)z^\lambda(D^\lambda_z f)(z), \] where \[ (D^\lambda_z f)(z)=\frac{1}{\Gamma(1-\lambda)}\frac {d}{{d}z}\int_0^z\frac{f(\zeta)}{(z-\zeta)^\lambda}{d}\zeta. \] The main resut in the paper has the following form. If \(f(z)=z+a_2z^2+a_3z^3+\cdots\) is a bi-univalent function such that \[ e^{i\beta}\frac{(\Omega_z^\lambda f)(z)}{z}\prec h(z)\cos\beta+i\sin\beta \] where \(h(z)=1+B_1z+B_2z^2\) is convex univalent, \(\mathfrak{Re}h(z)>0\), \(h(\overline{z})=\overline{h(z)}\), and for \(f^{-1}=g\) \[ e^{i\beta}\frac{(\Omega_z^\lambda g)(z)}{z}\prec h(z)\cos\beta+i\sin\beta, \] then we have \[ |a_2|\leq\sqrt{\frac{|B_1|\cos\beta(2-\lambda)(3-\lambda)}{12}} \] and \[ |a_3|\leq \left(\frac{B_1(2-\lambda)}{}\right)^2 +\frac{|B_1|\cos\beta(2-\lambda)(3-\lambda)}{12}, \] where \(\beta\in(-\pi/2,\pi/2)\) and \(\lambda\neq 2,3,\ldots\).
