The authors consider the discrete Anderson Hamiltonian \(H_\omega=H_0+V_\omega\) acting on \(l^2(\mathbb{Z}^d)\), where \(H_0=((h_{k-k^\prime}))_{k,k^\prime\in \mathbb{Z}^d}\) with \(h_{-k}=\bar{h_k}\), for some \(k\neq 0\), \(h_k\neq 0\) and there exists \(c>0\) such that, for \(k\in \mathbb{Z}^d, |h_k|\leq c^{-1}e^{-c|k|};\) and \(V_\omega\) is an Anderson potential \(V_\omega(x)=\sum{j\in \mathbb{Z}^d\omega_j\Pi_j,}\) where \(\Pi_j\) is the projection onto site \(j\) and \(\omega=\{\omega_j\}_{j\in \mathbb{Z}^d}\) is a family of independent identically distributed random variables whose common probability distribution is non-degenerate and has a bounded density. The authors prove enhanced Wegner and Minami estimates (see, e.g., [\textit{G. M. Graf} and \textit{A. Vaghi}, Lett. Math. Phys. 79, No. 1, 17--22 (2007; Zbl 1104.82008)]), where the interval length is replaced by the integrated density of states computed on the interval and use these estimates to improve the description of finite volume eigenvalues and eigenfunctions obtained in [\textit{F. Germinet} and \textit{F. Kloop}, ``Spectral statistics for random Schrödinger operators in the localized regime'', \url{arXiv:1011.1832}].
