The paper concerns a \(\sigma\)-family of differential inclusions \(\dot{x}(t)\in F(f^t\sigma,x(t))\) (as well as the convexified version) in finite dimensional spaces. Here the parameter \(\sigma\) ranges in some metric space \(\Sigma\), whereas \(t\to f^t\) is a flow on \(\Sigma\) and \(F(\sigma,x)\subseteq \mathbb{R}^n\) are nonempty compact sets. There are defined several notions of invariance and stability for a \(\sigma\)-family of closed sets \(M(\sigma)\subseteq \mathbb{R}^n\), and there are discussed sufficient conditions, in terms of Lyapunov functions, of invariance and stability.
