For the \(3\times 3\) matrix spectral problem [\textit{Y. F. Zhang} and \textit{Q. Y. Yan}, Acta Phys. Sin. 52, No. 9, 2109--2113 (2003; Zbl 1202.37094)] through the subalgebra of loop algebra \(\widetilde{A}_2\) at the usage of Tu-pattern the author obtains a new integrable hierarchy of evolution equations which possesses bi-Hamiltonian structure. As its reduction cases the standard Schrödinger equation and M-KdV equation are indicated. At the usage of bi-symmetry constraint the generalized Hamiltonian representations of this hierarchy are given. Application a scalar transformation between isospectrals and construction a five-dimensional loop algebra \(\widetilde{G}\) lead to an expanding integrable model of the soliton equation hierarchy.
