Let \(V\) be a \(2n\)-dimensional vector space over the finite field \(F\), and assume \(V\) is equipped with a symplectic form \(\beta\). Note that \(\beta\) is non-degenerate by definition. A spread in \(V\) is called symplectic if it consists of totally isotropic subspaces with respect to \(\beta\). Likewise the translation plane \(A\) derived from this spread is called symplectic. Let \(K\) be its kernel and let \(\Gamma\) be the full collineation group of~\(A\). The author proves that \(\Gamma\) acts transitively on the set of all completely regular line-ovals in~\(A\). Indeed, for two completely regular line-ovals \({\mathcal O}\) and \(\overline{{\mathcal O}}\) there exists a translation \(\tau\) and a kernel homology \(k\in K^{*}\) such that \(k\circ\tau({\mathcal O})=\overline{{\mathcal O}}\). A complete description of the stabilizer of a completely regular line-oval is derived.
